Write for us
Trusted Policy Review welcomes clear, original contributions that help general readers understand the ideas, tools and workings of public policy. We favour careful explanation over advocacy and will not publish material that presents itself as professional advice.
What to propose
Pitch an evergreen explainer, a comparison of policy tools, a plain-language account of an institution or process, or a thoughtful examination of how delivery and evaluation work. Choose a focused question with a clear reader benefit; explain the scope, the main distinction or insight, and why it can be handled responsibly without unsupported claims.
A strong pitch
Keep the proposal concise and specific. Include a working title, a short summary, the intended reader and any important jurisdictional limits. Tell us how you would check factual claims and distinguish evidence, interpretation and opinion. Disclose relevant interests or relationships, and do not send confidential information.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and select the editorial question option. Unsolicited drafts are not a promise of publication; we may ask for changes, and we do not accept material that relies on invented sources, undisclosed promotion or unattributed work.
